■ Reservation & Tour Confirmation

• This tour is a customized ground tour operated based on prior consultation.

• The reservation will be confirmed only after final schedule, number of participants, and program details are agreed with our staff.

• Due to local conditions and operational circumstances, the order of activities or visiting times may be adjusted, while the core contents of the itinerary remain unchanged.

■ Group Tour Policy

• This product is designed for group travel purposes, and includes group transportation and group-based programs.

• Except for designated free time, participants are expected to follow the group schedule.

• This tour may not be suitable for travelers who wish to engage primarily in independent or private activities.

■ Meeting Point & Tour Completion

• The meeting point on Day 1 will be confirmed in advance and notified before departure.
  (e.g. Incheon International Airport, Seoul city hotel, or Incheon city hotel)

• The tour will conclude at Incheon International Airport, where participants will be dismissed individually for departure.

■ Free Time & Personal Expenses

• Expenses incurred during free time or activities not included in the itinerary are at the participant’s own expense.

• Personal purchases, snacks, beverages, and optional shopping items are not included.

■ Travel Insurance

• Overseas travel insurance may be included or arranged separately, depending on the final agreement.

• For insurance claims, the following documents must be kept:

• Medical treatment: Medical certificate and official receipts

• Theft incidents: Police report issued by local authorities

• Insurance coverage may not apply to cases of simple loss or negligence.

■ Passport & Immigration Requirements

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Korea.

• Please ensure that the English name and date of birth exactly match the passport information at the time of reservation.

• Depending on nationality, visa-free entry or K-ETA approval may be required.
  Participants are responsible for confirming and preparing necessary entry documents in advance.

■ Additional Information

• Tour schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, or safety considerations.

• Hotels may be replaced with alternative accommodations of the same category, depending on local availability.

• Taekwondo seminars, training sessions, and cultural programs may be adjusted according to participants’ skill level and group size.

■ Payment Information

• Detailed payment instructions will be provided after the reservation details have been finalized.

• Accepted payment methods and payment deadlines will be communicated individually by our staff.​​

■ Reservation & Tour Operation Information

• This program is a Taekwondo-focused tour designed exclusively for international groups.
  Individual travelers are not eligible to participate, and reservations are accepted only on a group basis.

• International flights are not included in this program.
  Participants are required to arrive in Korea independently.
  The tour officially begins from the moment of pickup at Incheon International Airport or another pre-arranged meeting location.

■ All-Inclusive Tour Policy

• This is a fully all-inclusive tour. The following services are included in the program fee:

• Accommodation for the entire tour

• All meals throughout the itinerary

• Private transportation for all scheduled movements

• Professional guide and operational staff

• All admissions, experiences, and Taekwondo-related programs listed in the itinerary

• There are no optional tours, no forced activities, and no additional on-site payments.

• Once the tour fee is paid, no further expenses are required to complete the full itinerary.

• A tour structure that genuinely operates without extra costs is rare,
  and this is especially uncommon for specialized Taekwondo training and cultural programs.

■ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• (Special Terms Apply)

• This program requires advance payments for accommodations, transportation, Taekwondo Center programs, seminars, and entrance fees.
  Therefore, a special cancellation policy applies, differing from standard international travel terms.

■ Cancellation Fees by Date​

• Cancellation 90 days or more before departure
  → Full refund of the deposit, excluding any applicable bank transfer fees.​

​

• Cancellation 89–60 days before departure
  → 20% of the total tour price will be charged.

​​

• Cancellation 59–30 days before departure
  → 40% of the total tour price will be charged.

​​

• Cancellation 29–15 days before departure
  → 70% of the total tour price will be charged.

​​

• Cancellation 14 days or fewer before departure or No-show
  → 100% of the total tour price will be charged (non-refundable).

※ Any refund will be made after deducting applicable cancellation fees and bank transfer charges.

※ The effective cancellation date is based on written notification received via email or an official document.

※ In the event of any discrepancy or conflict, the terms and conditions stated in the official contract shall prevail.

• and no refunds will be provided for missed activities, partial participation, or early departure due to personal reasons.

• In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters or unavoidable local conditions,
  the itinerary may be adjusted with participant safety as the top priority.
